Grand Aspirations is a national non-profit based in the Twin Cities that empowers youth by teaching them skills for organizing their communities towards positive and sustainable change. Through the Summer of Solutions program, Grand Aspirations connects youth in cities across the country (and in several other countries as well) to experienced organizers that are already in their area.
The vision for this website was to provide a solution that can grow with the organization while simultaneously documenting the structure and vision of the organization for new members. This is because youth organizations have an inherently high rate of turnover.
